Forefront Consulting Group's (Forefront) Privacy Policy describes how and why we process your personal data. It is important to us that you, as a potential or current customer, potential employee, or just a visitor, have your personal information processed in a secure and correct manner.

If you are a customer/potential customer of Forefront: After we have been in contact with a customer, we save personal information about the responsible contact person att he customer to continue to have the opportunity to communicate and maintain the business relationship. The same applies to a potential customer, with whom we may want to enter into a customer relationship. Information stored may include your name (as a customer contact), your email, your telephone number, and the company name.

Why do we collect this information? We collect this information to maintain our professional relationship with customers and potential customers, as well as to comply with legislation that imposes requirements on the processing of personaldata, such as accounting laws.

If you apply for a job at Forefront: If you apply for a position at Forefront, your application will provide us with information about you that we need to communicate with you regarding the position and recruitment process. This includes, among other things, your name, address, telephone number, educational qualifications, and previous employment.

Why do we collect this information? We collect your personal data in order to include you in a recruitment process and potentially enter into an employment agreement with you.

If you are a supplier to Forefront: If you are a supplier to us at Forefront, we only process the personaldata necessary to maintain a business relationship with you. We processpersonal data about the responsible contact person (or other contact persons)at the supplier to maintain communication. Information stored may include your name, title, email, telephone number, and company name.

Why do we collect this information? We collect this information to maintain our professional relationship with suppliers.

If you are a subcontractor to Forefront: If you are a subcontractor to Forefront, we (through our subsidiary Forefront Accelerate) only process personal data that is necessary to fulfill the assignment/relationship or to investigate whether a particular assignment may be relevant to you as a subcontractor. We process personal data such as name, address, contact information, CV, possibly organization number if you have a sole proprietorship, as well as start and end dates for assignments and compensation.

Why do we collect this information? We collect this information to maintain and facilitate our relationship with the subcontractor and to be able to support the subcontractor in, for example, an assignment, as well as to pay compensation.

If you contact Forefront for other reasons: If you contact Forefront for something other than the above, we will collect the personal data about you that you provide us. It may include personal data regarding references in the recruitment process and individuals in our network, media contacts, and industry colleagues. We also process your personal data when, for example, you sign up for a webinar or send an expression of interest in one of our courses, as well as when we follow up on our educational deliveries.

Why are we collecting this information? Although it is difficult to cover all situations where contact with Forefront may occur, processing of personal data occurs to maintain necessary or desired contact. If you visit any of our offices, we will process your personal data at our reception when we sign you in as a visitor. This information will not be stored for longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing.

Depending on the purpose of our processing of personal data, we store personal data about you for different periods of time. When data is to be stored for a long period,we ensure that the data is only stored in one place/one system.

If you are a customer of Forefront: Personal data about the specific customer contact at the customer isstored at Forefront in accordance with applicable accounting law (7 years).

If you are a potential customer of Forefront: Personal data relating to potential customers is stored for as long as there is a relevant purpose for the processing.

If you apply for a job at Forefront: Personal data from recruitment processes is stored in accordance with applicable discrimination law (2 years).We first obtain your consent if we want to store your data to be able to contact you in the future about interesting services that would suit you.

If you are a supplier to Forefront: Personal data about the specific customer contact at a supplier is stored for as long as a professional relationship needs to be maintained and in accordance with applicable accounting law.

If you are a subcontractor to Forefront: Personal data from subcontractors is stored for the entire duration of a contractual relationship.

If you contact Forefront for other matters: Information that Forefront processes in other
matters is only stored for as long as the purpose of the processing of personal data requires it and is then deleted..

If you are a customer/potential customer of Forefront: Personal data from customer relations is processed internally at Forefront. Personal data from customers/potential customers may be shared with third parties who are engaged to perform services on our behalf when necessary to administer our professional relationship with you as a customer and/or potential customer(e.g. technical, administrative, and marketing-related services). Before sharing personal data, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to provide adequate levels of protection for your personal data. Our third-party providers are contractually prevented from using your personal data for their own purposes.

If you apply for a job at Forefront: Personal data from a recruitment process is processed internally at Forefront. If we use a recruitment agency or tool in the process, your information will be shared with them.Your information may also be shared with third parties and public organizations if Forefront is required to do so by law.

If you are a supplier to Forefront: Personal data from suppliers may be shared with third parties who are engaged to perform services on our behalf when necessary to administer our professional relationship with you as a supplier (e.g. invoice management).Before sharing personal data, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are inplace to provide adequate levels of protection for your personal data. Our third-party providers are contractually prevented from using your personal data for their own purposes.

If you are a subcontractor to Forefront: Personal data from subcontractors is processed internally at Forefront. Personal data from subcontractors may be shared with our clients to enable you as a subcontractor to fulfill your assignment with Forefront's clients and to gain access to IT systems and physical offices, as well as in case of any security checks.

Personal data from subcontractors may be shared with third parties who are engaged to perform services on our behalf when necessary to administer our professional relationship with you as a subcontractor (e.g. invoice management). Before sharing personal data, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to provide adequate levels of protection for your personal data. Our third-party providers are contractually prevented from using your personal data for their own purposes. Your information may also be shared with third parties if Forefront is required to do so by law.

If you contact Forefront for another reason: Personal data from other matters is processed internally at Forefront. If the personal data stems from personal contacts, it will not be shared with anyone. If the personal data stems from a contact where one represents a business, these data may be shared within Forefront's professional network .

Personal data from other matters may be shared with third parties who are engaged to perform services on our behalf when necessary to administer our professional relationship with you as a contact in other matters (e.g. technical, administrative, and marketing-related services). Before sharing personal data, we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to provide adequate levels of protection for your personal data. Our third-party providers are contractually prevented from using your personal data for their own purposes.

When transferring personal data outside of the EEA, we always ensure that organizational and technical security measures, as well as contractual conditions, are in line with applicable legislation, recommendations, and practices from EU and national authorities.

Forefront actively works to protect all personal data we process. We implement both organizational and technical security measures to ensure that the personal data we handle is handled in a safe and secure manner. We continuously work on privacy protection issues at Forefront to ensure that our organizational and technical security measures are up to date and relevant in protecting personal data.

Data protection legislation provides rights for individuals, such as the right to receive a register extract or to change personal data that we process. Forefront handles all requests regarding rights promptly and in a lawful manner.
